Based on the notion of sleep as a basic need and essential part of our daily routine, three organisations from the field of science have resolved to join forces to promote the study, research, development, teaching and promotion of healthy sleep.
Ad Salutem: Ad Salutem is an institute devoted to the study and treatment of sleep from a specialised clinical approach. With an international outlook, Ad Salutem is led by a multidisciplinary team of medical and research professionals. Its first healthcare clinic will open in 2017 in Barcelona.
Institut de Recerca Biomèdica de Lleida: The Lleida Biomedical Research Institute is an organisation committed to advancement in biomedical research as a way of improving the population's health and providing optimal healthcare activity in situations of illness.
Universitat Internacional de Catalunya: The International University of Catalonia is an education centre which is highly involved in the field of scientific research and dissemination. It currently offers 13 degrees and 74 postgraduate and Masters courses at its Barcelona and Sant Cugat del Vallés campuses.
