Global Observatory for healthy Sleep / The importance of sleep / Sleep health report

The Sleep health report is a document prepared by the proponents of the Global Sleep Observatory and which reviews the state of the current situation regarding healthy sleeping habits among the population.

The aim of this report is to determine the impact of sleeping well on people and on society, and to propose improvement strategies which will benefit the health of the population and enhance the sustainability of healthcare systems.
